Deadlines... Weddings... And am I nuts?...

It's the sixth day of the month and so much has happened already. 

Today was the deadline for my second to last project for University and I made it by the skin of my teeth. So relieved as I was responsible for my teams work, not just my own. 

*Sigh* I could sleep for a month, but busy bee that I am, I have one last deadline to meet before I can rest. I've completed the practical aspect of it (thank goodness!) just have to write about a page of write up and hand in tomorrow.

As previously mentioned in another post, I seem to have done well with my little Makies. Vikare and LB have been instrumental in ensuring I complete this assignment. Although advertising alcohol was not what I thought the little mischief makers would be up to this year... Even if it is just a mock advert!

So much fun but exhausting to put together. Luckily the attention hasn't gone to their heads ;)

Once the report is done, I'll be done yay!

*Phew* I'll be free until September. Oh my xD

Thursday sees the family travelling to Inverness for my baby brothers wedding. 

Aww... They grow up so fast ;)

So this week is a week is for celebrating (and forgetting horrid deadlines lol)

I'll update further when I back.

At the weekend, I bit the bullet and ordered a Makie for my niece. She won't be getting her until Christmas though so 'Millie Moo' will be in hibernation for a few months lol. I may take a few pictures first however as I've commissioned another fantastic face up from Sioux. 

I know my niece adores Sioux's little Mushroom Makie so this will make her little friend extra special.

Along with Millie Moo, I have also ordered another Makie of my own... 

Yeah I think I have lost it my friends. The shopaholic wave hit and I rode with it. 

So I give to you, Bliss...

She is the new Cool Caramel. I think it looks like a lovely tan which I think suits her personality. She's a surfer girl, who just loves the beach, the surf and the sand.

I think I may have to make her board...

Ok, ok... No more for a while I promise. Cross my heart... Maybe...

Now that I'm free, I will have more time to work on the competition I promised so watch this space for details ;)
