Forever Bloom: Poses & Projects ~ Part 2

Continuing from where we left a shell-shocked Vikare and by now a slightly bemused Rosa-Bella (she really couldn't understand his reaction), I returned to the project.

Now let's not start that again

Removing Ro's wig and clothes I lay the pieces out and placed her on them so as to ensure my measurements were correct. Yep naughty me, forgetting to check before cutting it out...

Rosa-Bella - "You're hopeless."

*Sigh* Yes, thank you Ro.

To keep the fussy little madam's modesty, I kept her covered up with a pretty little purple flannel. Kind of a spa day look lol.

I think I'll start with a massage

I had already started with the paws previously, as shown in a sneak peak pic in Part 1 :D

So we began again here before moving on and sewing anything else. They looked pretty cute by themselves, but the project is much more than large animal paw gloves... Mmm that's a thought! :)

Right or Left?

I wanted Ro to be able to stick her hands out sometimes so I added a slit to accommodate them. I do however need to remove her hands first before doing this because I wanted the slit to be small enough to hide the opening for the rest of the time.

*sigh* A models job is never done

Quick Tip: It's best to have a lining fabric if making anything from felt for a Makie (especially when it's black felt) as their slightly rough 'skin' texture attracts unwelcome pieces from the fabric. Luckily I found this so early on or I may have given up entirely!

"And she tells me off..."

I think miss Ro was a little giddy from excitement when I later caught her dancing in her birthday suit. She didn't even seem to care that Vikare had joined in the merriment.
